Version1 are defying my expectations completely and its good to see that they aren't crashing and burning right before my eyes. The duelists of V1 zellsis and Penny look stellar and V1 look ready for a CR execute onto a site.

Penny had a excellent 4k which stopped the attackers dead (literally) in their tracks. However CR have decided to turn on their monitors and munchkin gets a pretty good clutch in the end.

CR are coming back but V1 look like they are going to take this the distance. CR had a really good round where they made V1 paranoid and they didn't get time to defuse the spike. Now they have switched sides and now CR on defense and V1 on attack. Suddenly the nice V1 pinch just got shut down and now CR are hitting their stride and now up on the scoreboard (8-7) I do kinda wish CR saved in the 17th round because the KJ ulti massively delayed the retake and their retake was botched due to time. Zepher makes the shorty dangerous (i thought it was horrible) and they have now broken V1 with a great eco round. CR get a excellent retake and every V1 member is shut down again and this redeems the bad retake a few rounds earlier.

CR look like they are running out of steam but they refuse to stop and neth gets a clutch which puts them one step closer to overtime. Finally V1 close out the map 13-11 with jammyz learning his lesson and stopping the ninja defuse. Overall CR look sick and munchkin looks like a stellar raze player neth is a great sentinel player as well and zepher is kind of like bramz (with better mechanics) but V1 are defying all expectations which is great to see.

V1 get the first round but CR answer back with Munchkin hitting crisp klean edshots. Vanity shuts down the lurk and it makes me really interested what if they went against FNC. (boaster and magnum's lurks are usually the deciding factor of FNATIC winning a round) After thousands of years and i am now 75 and i have the reactions of shinobi but the game starts now after 60 years. Effys gets a clutch which puts v1 another round further out of CR'S reach. Zepher practicing gridshot on zellsis and penny but he cant finish the round (6-1).

The next 2 rounds are more of the same and V1 have excellent awareness of the flank and effys gets a neat 2k. Finally CR get 1 round but V1's icebox looks great and CR don't have the answer to V1. Crazy raccoon make a questionable double operator buy which puts their economy in the mud but now neth is on the op an he gets first blood and the rest of V1 fall like dominoes.

Penny has a really bad whiff and zepher capitalizes on the whiff to end the round. CR were making a bit of a comeback but V1 seem to have their number its just a matter of time and zellsis with a ninja defuse put Version1 on map and series point. CR take one more round but the crucial detail is they have broken V1's money and they have a light but composed of sheriffs and marshals but suddenly munchkin gets a superb raze ult 2k. Again munchkin gets impact by clapping vanity with the operator and neth gets a second clutch. Unfortunately CR lose but im very impressed with V1 because the whole team looks great and jammyz is looking great despite the circumstances.

In conclusion CR are a good team but the standout players from the team are definitely Munchkin and neth but huge congrats to V1 they look great and it looks like NA have a chance here at masters rekyjavik. Stay tuned for more valorant content :) (no NU vs sharks im tired now)
